Training and Development

When you join OneSubsea as either a new graduate or experienced professional, we ensure you have the right training to develop quickly and advance in your role. The training and development program blends technical, safety, personal development, business and managerial courses, and on-the-job validated training. There is a range of online and instructor led training, including opportunities for training through our parent companies – Cameron and Schlumberger, both with strong traditions in personnel development.
